Even as real estate across the country slows amid the pandemic, in Southwest Montana it is booming. Mountain communities such as Bozeman and Big Sky saw record-breaking value jumps, shorter time on market, low inventory and buyers making their purchase sight unseen as the appeal for wide open spaces grows.
